First of all, make sure you are logging in with the email address you used to sign up to Sutori. You must also make sure you are logging in with the same mechanism (Google, Microsoft Office 365, Clever, Facebook, email).

Yes, Sutori works on iPad through any web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
We do not however have a native or mobile app. On iPads, Sutori works well for browsing and commenting, less for creating where the keyboard-mouse combo of a desk or laptop is more useful.
If the Sutori experience on iPad is not as optimized as we would like, there are however a few things to take into account to improve the experience and the speed on iPad.

The large red box error message comes up when the autosave function is not functioning. There are several reasons this may be happening:
Your internet connection is slow. Try and get a stronger signal or connect to a more reliable network.
