What is the difference between the free and paying plans on Sutori?
Sutori Unlimited and Sutori Pro, the paying plans, provides you with an unlimited use of the tool. With the free version, the creation tool is limited (you can only add text and image items) and you do not have access to story analytics. When signing up, you are given a free 30 day trial of Sutori Unlimited (if you are a teacher or student) and Sutori Pro (if you are a business) so you can test out all features.
How do I remove the Sutori branding?
If you are a business user, upgrade to Pro to remove the Sutori branding and sharing strip. You will also have access to all the functionalities of the tool. Please note that the branding and sharing strip will be removed on all embedded stories only. Please visit our Business page where you can upgrade to Sutori Pro.
What is Sutori Unlimited?
When signing up, all users are put on free trial of Sutori Unlimited (value $99) for 30 days. This includes all the functionalities of the tool. At the end of the 30 day period, you will automatically be put on Sutori's free plan. Please note that all students that are linked to you will be put on the plan you have. So if you upgrade, all your students will also be upgraded :)
Is there a trial period of Sutori Unlimited?
When signing up to Sutori, you will automatically be put on a free 30-day trial of Sutori Unlimited, which gives you access to all of Sutori's features. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically put on Sutori's free plan which limits the creation tool (you can only add images and text items) and does not provide you with any analytics.
How can I pay for Sutori Unlimited?
There are two methods of paying. The first (and easiest) is through our online payment system powered by Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. The second is by postal order or check (minimum of $500). When purchasing, you will be able to select your payment method or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Simply fill in the requirements and we will get back to you promptly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you have 15 days from the day of purchase to reclaim your money back if you are not satisfied. To cancel your subscription, head on over to your "Profile" and click on "Plan". You will then be able to cancel your subscription to Sutori. How long does my subscription last?
Sutori Unlimited & Sutori Pro subscriptions last for 365 days from day of purchase. They are automatically renewed although we send you an email reminder two weeks prior to the renewal asking if you wish to continue or cancel your subscription.
Is this free? What is Sutori Essential?
When signing up, you are given a free 30 day access to Sutori Unlimited which provides you with all of Sutori features. Beyond, if you do not upgrade, you will be automatically put on Sutori Essential, the free plan which limits the creation tool to adding text and images. You will also not have access to our analytics feature.
What happens at the end of my trial?
If you don’t wish to continue with Sutori Unlimited, you will automatically be switched to our free Sutori Essential plan. You can upgrade to our paying plan at any time.

What do you do with my credit card info?
Your credit card data is handled by Stripe, one of the biggest names in payments with customers like Amazon, TED, The Guardian and Udacity. Your credit card data is never received or stored on our servers.
How do I renew my subscription?
Your annual subscription is automatically renewed at the time of expiration. We send out a reminder by email one month before the end of the subscription.
How can my school pay for this?
We sell directly to departments, schools and institutions. Simply message us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you with more information.

If I upgrade, do my students upgrade also?
Yes, all students - whether imported from Google Classroom, Clever or students that have manually added you through the teacher code - that are on your 'Students' page will be automatically upgraded. Access your 'Students' page.
I have purchased several Unlimited educator subscriptions. How do I manage them?
If you have purchased several educator Unlimited subscriptions, you can manage all accounts that you wish to upgrade directly on Sutori. To enable this feature, please email us at email@example.com and we will get it setup for you. Students need to add you as a teacher to have access to upgraded features. You can either import them from Google Classroom, Clever or they can add you manually with the teacher code.
