# I cannot login to my Sutori account. What can I do?

First of all, make sure you are logging in with the email address you used to sign up to Sutori. You must also make sure you are logging in with the same mechanism (Google, Microsoft Office 365, Clever, Facebook, email).

If you no longer remember your password, follow [this link](https://www.sutori.com/en/forgot-password) to reset it.

If you still cannot login, email us at [help@sutori.com](mailto:help@sutori.com) and we'll take a look at our database. It can happen that users create several accounts by mistake.
