# How do I upload a video?

### Upload from the web

You can upload videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Ted Talk, WeVideo but also videos with embedded interactions from the likes of EdPuzzle or Nearpod (full list of embeds [here](https://help.sutori.com/en/article/what-can-i-embed-into-sutori-1ub6v9o/)).

Create a video item, then copy-paste the URL link and it will automatically upload. You can also search directly for YouTube videos in the media uploader.

### Upload from your computer

You can also upload videos from your own computer, provided they are in the MP4 format (here is a [link to a free online converting tool](https://cloudconvert.com/anything-to-mp4)).
