# An error message keeps popping up. What can I do?

The large red box error message comes up when the autosave function is not functioning. There are several reasons this may be happening:

1. Your internet connection is slow. Try and get a stronger signal or connect to a more reliable network.
2. A firewall is interfering with Sutori's uploader. If you are at school, here are a list of [domains to whitelist](https://help.sutori.com/en/article/what-domains-need-to-be-whitelisted-for-sutori-to-work-on-a-school-network-1i9vk70/) that you can forward onto the tech department.
